The objective of the project is to:
- create training resources to improve the skills of social workers within a European framework and support trainers,
- develop training processes for all stakeholders working in social support,
- create partnerships in the territories between the different actors (institutional, associative, health actors, social professionals, training centers) to better recognize the role of social workers
- promote the role of the social worker in relation to the adaptability of populations to the effects of climate change, to post-natural disaster solidarity and to the reduction of greenhouse gases .
To meet these objectives, a guide for stakeholders, an internet platform, training guidelines on skills and best practices as well as a toolbox will be developed to help stakeholders take ownership of this topical and important subject for the Corsican region.
